What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard outdoor apparel, the MOQ is 20 pieces. For customized items (logo, packaging, or fabric selection), the MOQ is 3,000 pieces.
Can I request samples?
Yes. Sample orders are available and refundable upon bulk purchase confirmation. Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost.
Do you have stock for immediate delivery?
We keep standard outdoor jackets and pants in stock. Small orders usually ship within 1–2 days, while bulk orders (20GP/40GP) take 30–45 days depending on production schedule.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
We provide sea freight, air freight, and express delivery (DHL, FedEx, UPS) depending on your order size and destination.
